Wiles's Balloony Inspirations: Balloon Twisters Extraordinaire was established in 1998 by David Wiles, Jr. and his sister, Kayla. Looking for an idea for a special party at church, the children decided on a balloon party. They decided balloon sculptures would provide an extra special touch, and thus began their quest. They started with simple sculptures and have progressed to multiple balloon sculptures, designing many of their own along the way. They are given a "twisting" hand by their parents, who provide the traveling arrangements and help at the time of the event. Otherwise, the business is soley in the hands of the youngsters, who take care of all the customer contacts, inventory, and book keeping. Their business has seen tremendous growth since its inception.
